2. Orders

Orders may be placed in person or by phone where available. Online ordering is available through our partners Just Eat and Uber Eats; orders placed on those platforms are also subject to the platform's own terms. Any menu items, prices, offers and availability may change without notice.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may be updated from time to time. We aim to keep our menu accurate, but the final price confirmed at the time of ordering will apply. Payment must be made using an accepted payment method before or when the order is collected or delivered.

4. Collection and Delivery

Collection and delivery options may vary by time, location, staff availability and order value. Any delivery times are estimates only. We will do our best to prepare orders promptly, but delays can happen during busy periods or for reasons outside our control.

5. Offers and Promotions

Offers and promotions are subject to availability and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time. Introductory offers may apply only to specific areas, dates, order values or menu items.

6. Allergens and Dietary Requirements

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements before placing an order. We handle allergen information carefully and follow kitchen procedures, but food is prepared in a working kitchen where cross-contact can occur.

7. Food Quality and Complaints

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it. We may ask for order details, photographs, or the return of the item where appropriate. Any refund, replacement or goodwill gesture is considered at our discretion and in line with your legal rights.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because food is freshly prepared, orders may not be cancellable once preparation has started. If an order is cancelled before preparation begins, we will let you know whether a refund is possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Website Information

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. Images are for presentation and may not exactly match the final dish served.

10. Customer Conduct

We expect customers to treat our team, other customers and our premises with respect. We may refuse service where behaviour is abusive, threatening, unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
